Marty's McGarvey Review

I like the McGarvey, but I would like to make it 12' longer. I would add 8' between the kitchen and the laundry room for a pantry. With the extra 8' I would add 4' to the master bedroom and 4' next to the furnace space for a closet. I would add 4' to the living room and second bedroom. I would also like to add a 10' porch on the end by the living room and second bedroom. The car port I would make it a garage that is 24' by 30'. If you all can make those changes I would be interested in purchasing a kit within the next five years. I would call the new plane The Winslow in honor of my late black lab Winslow.

I can’t wait to build this house. I was looking for a small house plan and this will be perfect for me. There isn’t any wasted space which I love.
